"They Say/I say": The Moves That Matter in Academic Writing, Gerald Graff and Cathy Birkenstein provide templates designed to become better writers. Specifically, Graff and Birkenstein argue that the type of writing templates they offer advice, and helpful tips. As the authors themselves put it, "i have a certain advantage as a teacher of literature..". Although some people believe literature isn't an essential part of life, Graff and Birkenstein insist that it if necessary for reach ones full potential. In sum, then their view is that it helps the reader, become a better writer as well a developer. I agree, In my view, the types of templates that the authors recommend help and inspire proper format. For instance, it can help the writer develop a well written essay. In addition, the readers will become better at writing. Some might object, of course, on the grounds that is it not helping. Yet I would argue that it certainly is. Overall, then, I believe templates-- an important point to make given that with proper guidelines, a well written essay will come from it.

In Ehrenreich's essay she explains how she is multicultural. Barbra enjoys learning and exploring other cultures, and explains how she does not just commit to one culture but is open to opportunities. "In fact, this may have been ideal cultural heritage for my particular ethnic strain"... people have different ethnicity, and therefore believe in certain beliefs. This essays purpose is to give others an outlook on ethnicity, and allow others to relate to her beliefs. The essay was written for an audience of all kinds of cultures.

If ever there was an idea custom-made for Jay Leno monologue, this was it: Is there any family worthy shows out there? Isn't that like asking too much of producers now a days? Whatever happened to "I love Lucie or Full House"? I happen to sympathize with parents when it comes to TV content, though, perhaps because there is way to many shows out there that are inappropriate for young children. Parody, somewhat. Although Jay Leno doesn't have the most family orientated content, is still crosses every Americans mind at some point. Whether that be "Can they even say that?", or "Oh My God, did that really just happen!" Mostly everything on TV is garbage! Nothing in which you can be enlighten from or even learn from. TV consist of sex, violence, and anything else you don't feel comfortable watching with your parents!
